Hi all ✨

I am a proud Mami to my two gorgeous boys 💙 I have a fiancé 💍 (which is still very fresh to be saying as we only got engaged in Jan 2025). We also have a fur baby called Denny, who is a miniature dachshund 🐶

After 6 years of studying at uni (with breaks in between to have my babies), I finally qualified as a Physician Associate in November 2022 🩺 I have been working in the NHS ever since. Whilst I love my job, the travel to and from and the long hours and burnout isn’t working well with my vision of family life.

I am VERY family oriented, whether it be our little household or our wider family and friends. As you can see in my photo’s, we love to go on family adventures, whether it be going on holidays, short breaks, walks and exploring - family is everything to me!

With that in mind, I came across an opportunity that will eventually allow me the freedom to focus on what matters. As soon as I learned about this amazing business opportunity, the financial freedom it would give me, extended time with my family and the opportunity to do something that I had never done before - I couldn’t turn my head away!

I envision being present with my family, thriving in my business and enjoying life as we should! And THAT is what we are going to do! The fact that I thought the only way to live was to spend thousands on student finances, spent years of gruesome studying, to work my little butt off to provide for my family, it really blows my mind.

Of course I want to provide for my family, but I wish I knew that I didn’t need to slowly damage my mental wellbeing in the process.

And now I have a passion and the motivation to being an exemplary entrepreneur (this word still makes me tingle inside) – it truly is the best feeling.

I am a HUGE advocate for health and wellbeing. This is why this business resonates so well with me. With my medical background, I couldn’t ignore the truly impactful health benefits, and science-backed research into this business.

I want to be the one to help, support and encourage people, in all walks of life. Nothing makes me feel better than knowing someone is happy, healthy and LOVED! And I want to be there to help people get to their happy and content place.

I am also a fitness fanatic, and any spare time I have you will find me at the gym, running or anything that will keep me active.
